Assualt cannons are the preferred weapon of the Trooper Commando. A Republic Commando hauls around his trusty assault cannon, blasting away the enemies of the Republic into oblivion. Assault Cannons are like real-life machine guns.
It is also the preferred weapon of the following companions:
- Aric Jorgan (prior to Game Update 4.0.0)
- Sergeant Rusk
