Blue Igneous Crystals can be obtained through the gathering crew skill Archaeology. It can be harvested from Igneous Blue Crystal Formations on Taris, which requires level 55 Archaeology or from level 17-24 Archaeology missions. There is also a chance to obtain Blue Igneous Crystals from reverse engineering the appropriate modified color crystals.
