After the Academy Invasions, your contact (Theron Shan/Lana Beniko) requested to talk to you on the fleet station, where he/she divulged that they sense something wrong with the operations (due to both sides launching their invasions at the same time), and that he/she has suspicions about your commander (Colonel Darok/Darth Arkous). After acquiring more information, your contact summoned you to the planet Manaan where he/she revealed that the Academy Invasions were actually robberies, both commanders are working together in a grand conspiracy against the galaxy, and he/she has tracked them to an underwater research facility on Manaan, where they plan to use the Rakata technology they acquired from the Academy Invasions in their scheme. Your mission is to investigate the lab and find out what Darok and Arkous are up to.

This flashpoint awards two legacy titles. To earn the "Honored Air Breather" title, you must run the flashpoint at least 25 times, during which you must:
Kill 2000 enemies
Defeat each boss 25 times
Break 500 unrefined kolto barrels (which awards you the "All Natural" title)
