Dreadful Amulet

The Dreadful Amulet is an item dropped from the World Boss Dreadtooth on Section X while his Dreadful Resurgence buff is increased to or above 5 stacks. The item is required to summon the secret Operation bosses Dreadful Entity (Veteran 16 player TFB) & Hateful Entity (Master 16 player S&V) each respectively having their own mechanics and summoning methods.
