Fibermesh can be gathered from a Bondite Jetsam or Diatium Cargo node, which requires 235 skill in scavenging. It is most commonly found on 
Balmorra, 
Taris, Hoth, and Quesh.
The following materials can also be found in Bondite Jetsam or Diatium Cargo nodes:
They can also be obtained from grade 4 scavenging missions. Additionally, there is a chance to obtain Fibermesh from reverse engineering the appropriate level and type of gear.
