Thousands of years before the events of Star Wars: The Old Republic, a massive sphere - later dubbed Iokath - was constructed around an undersized and unremarkable star for maximizing solar energy across the "planet". This world created the greatest machines in history, from the Gravestone to the GEMINI Droids. During the events of Knights of the Eternal Throne, SCORPIO took control over the Gravestone to travel to her home of Iokath, to complete the evolutionary perfection she desired. This results in the Eternal Alliance and Vaylin to be trapped on the planet after the Gravestone's crash.
