For items with stat variations but have the same base name such as Cerean Frilled Leatheris Gloves, do we want them to redirect to the base name article or do we want to have standalone articles that link back to the base name? The stats are different, which is covered in the table, but they have different icons as well (which are missing from the db sites). Another thing to consider with this is we create separate pages for prototype and artifact quality reverse engineered items like Critical Fortified Assault Boots. --

- The different icon isn't due to the prefix, unfortunately. I honestly have no idea what's going on with it, but several times now I've come across two items with the same name, same prefix, and same stats, but a different icon.
- I think additional articles for each prefix are warranted. They are distinct items, and it's very likely that users will search for them at some point simply because these prefix versions are so commonplace. The primary name article can serve as a directory hub of the alternate versions. That being said, we definitely need to be sure to only add prefix variants we encounter in game; it would be a simple thing to learn the prefixes and create articles based off of a single encountered item, but I've found that very few items are encountered with all prefix variations. -- Heaven's Agent 14:19, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
