Kolto Probe is a tier 3 Operative Medicine skill tree ability. Medical Engineering is dependent on this skill.
Ticks every 3 seconds, for a total of six ticks. If a single stack is added, all stacks will refresh to the maximum duration.
The Republic counterpart is Slow-release Medpac for the Scoundrel advanced class.
