Mekks is a male human encountered by Imperial player characters on the planet Hutta. Mekks is a communications officer at the spaceport in the town of Jiguuna.[1]

A former Sith acolyte named Kendrel has fled to the Jiguuna spaceport with his son, Zi'am, in tow. The boy is Force-sensitive and his mother, Gianna, wishes to send him to the Sith Academy on Korriban. Mekks alerts the woman of Kendrel's intent to flee Hutta with their son.[1]
