Opila Crystals can be obtained through the gathering crew skill Archaeology. It can be harvested from Opila Crystal Formations on Alderaan and Balmorra (Republic), which requires level 165 Archaeology or from level 25-32 Archaeology missions. There is also a chance to obtain Opila Crystals from reverse engineering the appropriate level and type of gear.
