Patches

• Patch 1.3.3 (17 Jul 2012): This skill now specifically affects Blade Storm, Slash, and Blade Rush. Please note that these changes are not reflected in the ability text.
• Patch 1.3.0 (26 Jun 2012): This skill's tooltip now displays the correct chance for its effect to trigger (15%/30%). The skill's functionality has not changed.
