Oteg was a Jedi Master of the Jedi Order who serves the Galactic Republic during the Cold War and the Second Great Galactic War. He is the commander of the Republic Fleet who briefs the player during the Jedi Prisoner quest chain aboard The Telos, the fleet flagship.
