Specialist's Medpacs are basic healing medpacs.

Upon activation of an Specialist's Medpac, characters are healed between 2750 and 3375 points of damage, not exceeding that character's maximum health. Once activates, a cooldown is begun that prevents similar items from being used for the next 90 seconds.

Specialist's Medpacs can be bought from level appropriate stimulant and medical droid vendors. They can also be gathered as random world item drops from level appropriate enemies and chests.
