Limit of Four: per Faction? or per Account?
This article states there is a limit of just four (4) Strongholds. It also states this is "Legacy."
Since (I presume) that a specific character can not use a stronghold in enemy territory, I wonder how this is resolved. If I have Republic characters with three strongholds in Republic space and a fourth stronghold on a contested world, does this mean that any Imperial character I subsequently create can not acquire a stronghold in Imperial space? (Presuming that I do not wish to deactivate any of the previous four strongholds, that is.)
Please advise.
Thank you!
Franklin
