Talk: Quality

Hello I noticed this page said that F2P players cannot use artifact quality items, but F2P players can use the artifact item rewards from Shadow of Revan Prelude. I changed the text accordingly but I would appreciate another opinion as I have not found any other artifacts in my playthrough. Hunterjd27 (talk) 22:28, 24 January 2021 (UTC)
